Drills to create explosive speed and non-telegraphic motion.
Attending this class will make you safer regardless of experience.
All classes are taught personally by Coach Blauer.
Courses have a one-on-one feel because they're conducted on ZOOM.
All movements and principles are based on the SPEAR System® for personal defense.
Minimal equipment required, it’s all bodyweight training.
